A completion characterizes many properties of the subgroup such as whether it is quasiconvex, normal, finite-index or torsion-free. We use completions to show that reflection subgroups are quasiconvex, as are one-ended Coxeter subgroups of a 2-dimensional RACG. We provide an algorithm that determines whether a given one-ended, 2-dimensional RACG is isomorphic to some finite-index subgroup of another given RACG. In addition, we answer several algorithmic questions regarding quasiconvex subgro","authors_text":"Ivan Levcovitz, Pallavi Dani","cross_cats":["math.GR"],"headline":"","license":"http://arxiv.org/licenses/nonexclusive-distrib/1.0/","primary_cat":"math.GT","submitted_at":"2019-08-23T22:37:41Z","title":"Subgroups of right-angled Coxeter groups via Stallings-like techniques"},"references":{"count":0,"internal_anchors":0,"resolved_work":0,"sample":[],"snapshot_sha256":"258153158e38e3291e3d48162225fcdb2d5a3ed65a07baac614ab91432fd4f57"},"source":{"id":"1908.09046","kind":"arxiv","version":3},"verdict":{"created_at":null,"id":null,"model_set":{},"one_line_summary":"","pipeline_version":null,"pith_extraction_headline":"","strongest_claim":"","weakest_assumption":""}},"verdict_id":null}}],"author_attestations":[],"timestamp_anchors":[],"storage_attestations":[],"citation_signatures":[],"replication_records":[],"corrections":[],"mirror_hints":[],"record_created":{"event_id":"sha256:a6112de3d0ab289cefe74d3f134a542aaa205093488d5a161081d26e293e0c73","target":"record","created_at":"2026-07-05T02:31:16Z","signer":{"key_id":"pith-v1-2026-05","public_key_fingerprint":"8d4b5ee74e4693bcd1df2446408b0d54","signer_id":"pith.science","signer_type":"pith_registry"},"payload":{"attestation_state":"computed","canonical_record":{"metadata":{"abstract_canon_sha256":"ddfa7a9b9ee3ceb51c77ab3e9ea2f56112a129b15d39048f6ea566edaff2f5a3","cross_cats_sorted":["math.GR"],"license":"http://arxiv.org/licenses/nonexclusive-distrib/1.0/","primary_cat":"math.GT","submitted_at":"2019-08-23T22:37:41Z","title_canon_sha256":"fc4e0305b08d0243741ea85d945c5dcc199ad147c3135ad16d11e79ad1b529d2"},"schema_version":"1.0","source":{"id":"1908.09046","kind":"arxiv","version":3}},"canonical_sha256":"de7ed7535f9f2287ad3fb924fb2128abbab7ac6580c783670adb5c3819752283","receipt":{"algorithm":"ed25519","builder_version":"pith-number-builder-2026-05-17-v1","canonical_sha256":"de7ed7535f9f2287ad3fb924fb2128abbab7ac6580c783670adb5c3819752283","first_computed_at":"2026-07-05T02:31:16.579765Z","key_id":"pith-v1-2026-05","kind":"pith_receipt","last_reissued_at":"2026-07-05T02:31:16.579765Z","public_key_fingerprint":"8d4b5ee74e4693bcd1df2446408b0d54","receipt_version":"0.3","signature_b64":"7NbtB2X4svgl48OJamRlTKnMpI0JZ7Uf8uWgs4fKVdb1twuv9fj0PdXF6nq7dYJ1oAbEnvpT5gky0Od8B754AQ==","signature_status":"signed_v1","signed_at":"2026-07-05T02:31:16.580233Z","signed_message":"canonical_sha256_bytes"},"source_id":"1908.09046","source_kind":"arxiv","source_version":3}}},"equivocations":[],"invalid_events":[],"applied_event_ids":["sha256:a6112de3d0ab289cefe74d3f134a542aaa205093488d5a161081d26e293e0c73","sha256:e798303edbf209f2ee0e6800f8ae207391cb27d22420aa02ebf7af523f0ad8bc"],"state_sha256":"0ba8fab04459dfb3d8b0b21d3faad9355cb8ef31f26a31ee94aad18adbfaf008"}
