Beginning with the total action of the three quarks, we derive the balance equation for the three-quark system and compute the separation distance and potential energy. Our results reveal a consistent decrease in both the separation distance and potential energy for the A configuration and the B configuration as the anisotropy coefficient $a$ increases. This suggests that the presence of an anisotropic background promotes the dissolution of the three-quark system.
