In this paper we describe a Fortran 90 computer program which uses the P-P-P model Hamiltonian to solve the Hartree-Fock (HF) equation for infinitely long, one-dimensional, periodic, $\\pi$-electron systems. The code is capable of computing the band structure, as also the linear optical absorption spectrum, by using the tight-binding (TB) and the HF methods. Furthermore, using our program the user can solve the HF equation in the presence of a","authors_text":"Alok Shukla, Kondayya Gundra","cross_cats":["cond-mat.mes-hall","cond-mat.mtrl-sci"],"headline":"","license":"http://arxiv.org/licenses/nonexclusive-distrib/1.0/","primary_cat":"physics.comp-ph","submitted_at":"2011-08-30T09:53:02Z","title":"A Fortran 90 Hartree-Fock program for one-dimensional periodic $\\pi$-conjugated systems using Pariser-Parr-Pople model"},"references":{"count":0,"internal_anchors":0,"resolved_work":0,"sample":[],"snapshot_sha256":"258153158e38e3291e3d48162225fcdb2d5a3ed65a07baac614ab91432fd4f57"},"source":{"id":"1108.5896","kind":"arxiv","version":1},"verdict":{"created_at":null,"id":null,"model_set":{},"one_line_summary":"","pipeline_version":null,"pith_extraction_headline":"","strongest_claim":"","weakest_assumption":""}},"verdict_id":null}}],"author_attestations":[],"timestamp_anchors":[],"storage_attestations":[],"citation_signatures":[],"replication_records":[],"corrections":[],"mirror_hints":[],"record_created":{"event_id":"sha256:f5471c6d711dd174f76762a7209ad95ffc60394325787cce6b83c82497670c05","target":"record","created_at":"2026-05-18T04:02:54Z","signer":{"key_id":"pith-v1-2026-05","public_key_fingerprint":"8d4b5ee74e4693bcd1df2446408b0d54","signer_id":"pith.science","signer_type":"pith_registry"},"payload":{"attestation_state":"computed","canonical_record":{"metadata":{"abstract_canon_sha256":"31cdcc9a8504cc78c0a17e37442a0086d362b01529c6a712f5e474e310448f80","cross_cats_sorted":["cond-mat.mes-hall","cond-mat.mtrl-sci"],"license":"http://arxiv.org/licenses/nonexclusive-distrib/1.0/","primary_cat":"physics.comp-ph","submitted_at":"2011-08-30T09:53:02Z","title_canon_sha256":"020d8baeeb734aa5458dc3707200721f054f40e1059d04fc04779c76ad85c2b1"},"schema_version":"1.0","source":{"id":"1108.5896","kind":"arxiv","version":1}},"canonical_sha256":"e7c793b02e2ea290319464561b43293a5052375cd0623edd57dce2cbc1ea3d5b","receipt":{"algorithm":"ed25519","builder_version":"pith-number-builder-2026-05-17-v1","canonical_sha256":"e7c793b02e2ea290319464561b43293a5052375cd0623edd57dce2cbc1ea3d5b","first_computed_at":"2026-05-18T04:02:54.341326Z","key_id":"pith-v1-2026-05","kind":"pith_receipt","last_reissued_at":"2026-05-18T04:02:54.341326Z","public_key_fingerprint":"8d4b5ee74e4693bcd1df2446408b0d54","receipt_version":"0.3","signature_b64":"zr/se+UMfcEidw6EYKqmWUwy1fEw1NrRlXBT/LWa7wv8X5kc7/QaxaGNtpE1BlJTZzK1kHpxN3msnA+n6nc0Bg==","signature_status":"signed_v1","signed_at":"2026-05-18T04:02:54.342121Z","signed_message":"canonical_sha256_bytes"},"source_id":"1108.5896","source_kind":"arxiv","source_version":1}}},"equivocations":[],"invalid_events":[],"applied_event_ids":["sha256:f5471c6d711dd174f76762a7209ad95ffc60394325787cce6b83c82497670c05","sha256:d38dc8adc66702a5264b8c278c1dddc205754cc6bca289e8d75bc5de5ba79e81"],"state_sha256":"48839692cf540103f4a12f2fe034d42adb6a4108d1e5b63149ae1d98caa3598c"}
