By performing a detailed Poisson-Schr\\\"odinger self-consistent calculation, we determine all the intra- and inter-subband Rashba ($\\alpha_1$, $\\alpha_2$, $\\eta$) and Dresselhaus ($\\beta_1$, $\\beta_2$, $\\Gamma$) coupling strengths.
