The inner bremsstrahlung and structural amplitudes are taken into account. The asymmetry of the differential decay width caused by the $\\tau$ lepton polarization and the Stokes parameters of the emitted photon itself, are calculated depending on the polarization of the decaying $\\tau$ lepton.
