The effect of possible new physics is written in terms of dimension-6 four-fermi interactions. The lepton number violating scalar- and tensor-type interactions are included, and they induce $B \\to K^{(*)} \\nu \\nu ({\\bar \\nu} {\\bar \\nu})$ decays.
