We introduce a solution-generating technique to solve the $(d,m,l)$-generalized Yang-Baxter equation, for $m/2\\leq l \\leq m$, which allows to systematically construct such braiding operators. This is achieved by using partition algebras, a generalization of the Temperley-Lieb algebra encountered in statistical mechanics. We obtain families of unitary and non-unitary braiding operators that generate the full braid group. Explicit examples are given for a 2-, 3-, and 4-qubit system, including the classification of the ent","authors_text":"Diego Trancanelli, Fumihiko Sugino, Pramod Padmanabhan","cross_cats":["hep-th","math-ph","math.MP","nlin.SI"],"headline":"","license":"http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/","primary_cat":"quant-ph","submitted_at":"2020-02-29T11:53:08Z","title":"Braiding quantum gates from partition algebras"},"references":{"count":0,"internal_anchors":0,"resolved_work":0,"sample":[],"snapshot_sha256":"258153158e38e3291e3d48162225fcdb2d5a3ed65a07baac614ab91432fd4f57"},"source":{"id":"2003.00244","kind":"arxiv","version":3},"verdict":{"created_at":null,"id":null,"model_set":{},"one_line_summary":"","pipeline_version":null,"pith_extraction_headline":"","strongest_claim":"","weakest_assumption":""}},"verdict_id":null}}],"author_attestations":[],"timestamp_anchors":[],"storage_attestations":[],"citation_signatures":[],"replication_records":[],"corrections":[],"mirror_hints":[],"record_created":{"event_id":"sha256:7855afb691e0d21c544439a073e8599be28edafe52f7b791738e293e83ac3341","target":"record","created_at":"2026-07-05T01:31:25Z","signer":{"key_id":"pith-v1-2026-05","public_key_fingerprint":"8d4b5ee74e4693bcd1df2446408b0d54","signer_id":"pith.science","signer_type":"pith_registry"},"payload":{"attestation_state":"computed","canonical_record":{"metadata":{"abstract_canon_sha256":"6c3beb3bd37e17c999b54f089717f2ca59d3b0279e96caf87831b0508d600d2c","cross_cats_sorted":["hep-th","math-ph","math.MP","nlin.SI"],"license":"http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/","primary_cat":"quant-ph","submitted_at":"2020-02-29T11:53:08Z","title_canon_sha256":"707d8f4c9417ba72132f47c75f04a518bcfff6f491470f302a38a1f023d59bca"},"schema_version":"1.0","source":{"id":"2003.00244","kind":"arxiv","version":3}},"canonical_sha256":"e9c0499e053fdb2355b803e8d8ad01153c5862c1b18ae372b89bb77b5ebe0a23","receipt":{"algorithm":"ed25519","builder_version":"pith-number-builder-2026-05-17-v1","canonical_sha256":"e9c0499e053fdb2355b803e8d8ad01153c5862c1b18ae372b89bb77b5ebe0a23","first_computed_at":"2026-07-05T01:31:25.489908Z","key_id":"pith-v1-2026-05","kind":"pith_receipt","last_reissued_at":"2026-07-05T01:31:25.489908Z","public_key_fingerprint":"8d4b5ee74e4693bcd1df2446408b0d54","receipt_version":"0.3","signature_b64":"WRsbCWGtFAOY1Q4eJP+r8AZsx8RBIsHbYJs6tKwI5D6SWYkUz6A6E3a/h45liuShIjVoVahrMMU8ts2LwJfgCg==","signature_status":"signed_v1","signed_at":"2026-07-05T01:31:25.490399Z","signed_message":"canonical_sha256_bytes"},"source_id":"2003.00244","source_kind":"arxiv","source_version":3}}},"equivocations":[],"invalid_events":[],"applied_event_ids":["sha256:7855afb691e0d21c544439a073e8599be28edafe52f7b791738e293e83ac3341","sha256:c8a09309f7cde2a4642df31c1282112c41c64bbcc90bd8f267b31f215f122605"],"state_sha256":"6eea8174e168f4cda5b8f3c330660eebf8705e079397b2d7ab7dbf8092fe62dc"}
