By the famous Choi-Jamio{\\l}kowski isomorphism, the quantum operation $\\Phi$ can be transformed into a bipartite state, the von Neumann entropy $\\S^{\\mathrm{map}}(\\Phi)$ of the bipartite state describes the decoherence induced by $\\Phi$.
