We show that if $(M^n,g)$ is an noncompact complete Ricci flat manifold with maximal volume growth satisfying $|Rm|(x)\\to 0$ as $d(x)=d_g(x,p)\\to \\infty$, then $M^n$ has the quadratic curvature decay.
