The nonadiabatic dynamics simulations were performed using the surface hopping method, with electronic energies and couplings evaluated on the fly in a semiempirical framework. For aspirin, the solvent decay dynamics was also considered by inserting it in a cluster of water molecules, following a QM/MM scheme. A quite diverse behavior was observed ","authors_text":"Giovanni Granucci, Ines Corral, Jordi Munoz-Muriedas, Neus Aguilera-Porta","cross_cats":[],"headline":"","license":"http://arxiv.org/licenses/nonexclusive-distrib/1.0/","primary_cat":"physics.chem-ph","submitted_at":"2019-01-20T16:50:23Z","title":"Excited state dynamics of some nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs: a surface-hopping investigation"},"references":{"count":0,"internal_anchors":0,"resolved_work":0,"sample":[],"snapshot_sha256":"258153158e38e3291e3d48162225fcdb2d5a3ed65a07baac614ab91432fd4f57"},"source":{"id":"1901.06697","kind":"arxiv","version":2},"verdict":{"created_at":null,"id":null,"model_set":{},"one_line_summary":"","pipeline_version":null,"pith_extraction_headline":"","strongest_claim":"","weakest_assumption":""}},"verdict_id":null}}],"author_attestations":[],"timestamp_anchors":[],"storage_attestations":[],"citation_signatures":[],"replication_records":[],"corrections":[],"mirror_hints":[],"record_created":{"event_id":"sha256:71596fef68475da1ac254a1de844679b65cb799aa10a0456ced7bb33adb56a60","target":"record","created_at":"2026-05-17T23:54:02Z","signer":{"key_id":"pith-v1-2026-05","public_key_fingerprint":"8d4b5ee74e4693bcd1df2446408b0d54","signer_id":"pith.science","signer_type":"pith_registry"},"payload":{"attestation_state":"computed","canonical_record":{"metadata":{"abstract_canon_sha256":"588cdde5c287a26ddead2e082d13a85caa197ff677f59736f130a2a83fc12fe3","cross_cats_sorted":[],"license":"http://arxiv.org/licenses/nonexclusive-distrib/1.0/","primary_cat":"physics.chem-ph","submitted_at":"2019-01-20T16:50:23Z","title_canon_sha256":"425201e23c8cb107f04526c84586f997edc16ed79491654cc54ed532e1c6d333"},"schema_version":"1.0","source":{"id":"1901.06697","kind":"arxiv","version":2}},"canonical_sha256":"f7b55d7a530cca643ab5e1fc2c56e5d9739a18fa8e55afa5138a34c15a3d2666","receipt":{"algorithm":"ed25519","builder_version":"pith-number-builder-2026-05-17-v1","canonical_sha256":"f7b55d7a530cca643ab5e1fc2c56e5d9739a18fa8e55afa5138a34c15a3d2666","first_computed_at":"2026-05-17T23:54:02.177758Z","key_id":"pith-v1-2026-05","kind":"pith_receipt","last_reissued_at":"2026-05-17T23:54:02.177758Z","public_key_fingerprint":"8d4b5ee74e4693bcd1df2446408b0d54","receipt_version":"0.3","signature_b64":"zi913nkp4jkrN0FaZ4E+DO13McIl+5+uAHBNeOWvYtFqyI7Q47p96rcjsFfHKXOC4FQ0wZRh9p9B01xNgycuBA==","signature_status":"signed_v1","signed_at":"2026-05-17T23:54:02.178458Z","signed_message":"canonical_sha256_bytes"},"source_id":"1901.06697","source_kind":"arxiv","source_version":2}}},"equivocations":[],"invalid_events":[],"applied_event_ids":["sha256:71596fef68475da1ac254a1de844679b65cb799aa10a0456ced7bb33adb56a60","sha256:c1c1ca0b5239c1c5b251fbed1595910bb3e1ebaa6ded2325522af342eac6671c"],"state_sha256":"70f8270566415a1bd3a4bb429ae6571151772b85cbabb2931981a8a1ecaa38d5"}
