Our chain combines side-channel reconnaissance, crosstalk characterization, adversarial example generation, and a physical crosstalk attack that realizes the adversarial perturbation on the device. We cover the full attack chain on ion traps and report the corresponding superconducting-hardware experiments in the appendix.
