To investigate the binding energy by the Kondo effect, we introduce the mean-field approach for the bound state of the $\\bar{D}$, $B$ meson in charm/bottom nuclei. Assuming a simple model, we examine the validity of the mean-field approximation by comparing the results with the exact solutions. We also estimate the effect of the quantum fluctuation beyond the mean-field approximation.
