In this document the latest measurements of $C P$ violation in the charm sector are discussed. LHCb and CDF results on time-integrated $C P$ asymmetries in $D^0 \\to \\pi^-\\pi^+$ and $D^0 \\to K^-K^+$ decays are presented in some detail.
