The expected flavor ratios at the sources are $\\phi_{\\nu_e}:\\phi_{\\nu_{\\mu}}:\\phi_{\\nu_{\\tau}} = 1:2:0$, and neutrino oscillations quickly transform these to $1:1:1$.
