As an application, we get an explicit formula of $\\mathrm{v}((I+J)^{(k)})$ in terms of $\\mathrm{v}(I^{(i)})$ and $\\mathrm{v}(J^{(j)})$, where $L^{(k)}$ denote the symbolic power of an ideal $L$.
