From the transmission data the absorption coefficient ${\\alpha}$ is calculated, and from ${\\alpha}(E_{\\gamma})$ the fluence dependence of the band-gap energy, $E_{gap}$, and the energy of transverse optical phonons, $E_{ph}$, determined.
