We prove existence, uniqueness of weak and strong solutions in $\\mathbf{W}^{1,p}(\\Omega)$ and $\\mathbf{W}^{2,p}(\\Omega)$ for all $1<p<\\infty$ considering minimal regularity on the friction coefficient $\\alpha$.
