We calculate the Branching ratios $Br(\\tau^{\\pm})$ and the CP asymmetry $(\\Gamma(\\tau^+) - \\Gamma(\\tau^-))/(\\Gamma(\\tau^+) + \\Gamma(\\tau^-))$ for such decays, in a scenario that contain at least two heavy Majorana neutrinos.
