While the deformations break the Lorentz symmetry, they preserve the twisted Lorentz symmetry. The resulting theory has right-moving Virasoro as well as left-moving translation and left-moving (chiral) scale symmetry without left-moving special conformal symmetry (nor left-moving Virasoro symmetry).
