We gave the influence of non-commutative parameter $\\theta$ and charge $Q$ on QNMs in different fields. Thereafter, we calculated the shadow radius of the black hole and provided the valid range of $\\theta$ and $Q$ using the constraints on the shadow radius of $\\text{M87}^{\\ast}$ and $\\text{Sgr A}^{\\ast}$ from the Event Horizon Telescope (EHT).
