A deformed dark matter density evolution law is considered, given by $\\rho_c(z) \\propto (1+z)^{3+\\epsilon}$, and constraints on $\\epsilon$ are obtained by using galaxy cluster gas mass fractions, and cosmic chronometers measurements.
