The radiative stabilization mechanism can stabilize the modulus $\\tau$ of the finite modular symmetry $\\Gamma_N$ ($N \\in \\mathbb{N}$) at $\\mathrm{Im}\\,\\tau \\gg 1$, where the shift symmetry $\\tau \\to \\tau+1$ remains unbroken approximately.
