We more generally cover collision kernels with parameters $s\\in (0,1)$ and $\\gamma$ satisfying $\\gamma > -(n-2)-2s$ in arbitrary dimensions $\\mathbb{T}^n \\times \\mathbb{R}^n$ with $n\\ge 2$.
