The paramagnetic shifts of both planar and apical oxygen sites show pronounced anomalies near the nominal $\\mathbf{a}$-axis strain $\\varepsilon_{aa}\\equiv\\varepsilon_v$, that maximizes the superconducting transition temperature, $T_{c}$.
