Here, by using metamorphic InAsSb/InSb superlattices (SLs), we demonstrate an unprecedented high value of $g\\approx 104$, twice larger than that in bulk InSb, and fully spin-polarized states at low magnetic fields. In addition, we show that the $g$-factor can be tuned on demand from 20 to 110 via varying the SL period. The key ingredients of such a wide tunability are the wavefunction mi","authors_text":"Dmitry Smirnov, Gela Kipshidze, Maksim Ermolaev, Mykhaylo Ozerov, Seongphill Moon, Sergey Suchalkin, Yuxuan Jiang, Zhigang Jiang","cross_cats":["cond-mat.mtrl-sci"],"headline":"","license":"http://arxiv.org/licenses/nonexclusive-distrib/1.0/","primary_cat":"cond-mat.mes-hall","submitted_at":"2022-01-06T06:39:31Z","title":"Giant $g$-factors and fully spin-polarized states in metamorphic short-period InAsSb/InSb superlattices"},"references":{"count":0,"internal_anchors":0,"resolved_work":0,"sample":[],"snapshot_sha256":"258153158e38e3291e3d48162225fcdb2d5a3ed65a07baac614ab91432fd4f57"},"source":{"id":"2201.01938","kind":"arxiv","version":2},"verdict":{"created_at":null,"id":null,"model_set":{},"one_line_summary":"","pipeline_version":null,"pith_extraction_headline":"","strongest_claim":"","weakest_assumption":""}},"verdict_id":null}}],"author_attestations":[],"timestamp_anchors":[],"storage_attestations":[],"citation_signatures":[],"replication_records":[],"corrections":[],"mirror_hints":[],"record_created":{"event_id":"sha256:952b2d32600859405bd71b302b7d6658e13cbec46289de589dcc7e52690f21de","target":"record","created_at":"2026-07-05T05:06:54Z","signer":{"key_id":"pith-v1-2026-05","public_key_fingerprint":"8d4b5ee74e4693bcd1df2446408b0d54","signer_id":"pith.science","signer_type":"pith_registry"},"payload":{"attestation_state":"computed","canonical_record":{"metadata":{"abstract_canon_sha256":"0d739455bf495d4e5684cbb18c0bf9a4c919866c147a54220515a569794db56c","cross_cats_sorted":["cond-mat.mtrl-sci"],"license":"http://arxiv.org/licenses/nonexclusive-distrib/1.0/","primary_cat":"cond-mat.mes-hall","submitted_at":"2022-01-06T06:39:31Z","title_canon_sha256":"d4ed455900a1f02eb33e88dc5928b85f845d2ae7e75ff9c11b34ddc7116518d4"},"schema_version":"1.0","source":{"id":"2201.01938","kind":"arxiv","version":2}},"canonical_sha256":"09a4248eb71b9780131025d5ca8c1e741208f776ca7f857e55c7a1ad3821f407","receipt":{"algorithm":"ed25519","builder_version":"pith-number-builder-2026-05-17-v1","canonical_sha256":"09a4248eb71b9780131025d5ca8c1e741208f776ca7f857e55c7a1ad3821f407","first_computed_at":"2026-07-05T05:06:54.128782Z","key_id":"pith-v1-2026-05","kind":"pith_receipt","last_reissued_at":"2026-07-05T05:06:54.128782Z","public_key_fingerprint":"8d4b5ee74e4693bcd1df2446408b0d54","receipt_version":"0.3","signature_b64":"ovWxNSBWihyQx71w93Yegju1In1/7g/4EFJdVP3RjXghIoM4ds2aTiyh8pX/cquSlbq0RdWwwk01GEEZlrw6Dg==","signature_status":"signed_v1","signed_at":"2026-07-05T05:06:54.129210Z","signed_message":"canonical_sha256_bytes"},"source_id":"2201.01938","source_kind":"arxiv","source_version":2}}},"equivocations":[],"invalid_events":[],"applied_event_ids":["sha256:952b2d32600859405bd71b302b7d6658e13cbec46289de589dcc7e52690f21de","sha256:7b62695d0da0ba1cfe0fe3a5b8df1199c8ff477185984c22901f289d585559c7"],"state_sha256":"18508f5e47354dcb1fcc4afbc7463bc2ef7efbebbd305090122e109c244d0368"}
