In this Letter, we propose a scheme to realize {\\it multiple-channel scattering resonance} (MCSR) of ultracold bosons in one-dimension while still keeping their spinor structure. The MCSR refers to a simultaneous scattering resonance among all different scattering channels, including those breaking SU(2) and SO(2) spin rotation symmetries.
