It is obtained as a finite union of components of higher Noether-Lefschetz loci which parameterize manifolds with certain special Neron-Severi lattices. The Nikulin-Vinberg locus is the closure of the set of hyperkahler manifolds with Picard number $\\geq 3$ which have finite groups of birational automorphisms.
