We show that the parameters of this distribution adjusted to provide the required spatial density of massive seeds ($\\ge 10^4 M_\\odot$) for early galaxy formation and not violating the dark matter density constraints, predict the existence of the population of intermediate-mass PBHs with a number density of $\\sim 1000$~Mpc$^{-3}$.
