While extensive photoemission results have been obtained, the surface complexity of 122 caused by its charge-non-neutral surface is rarely considered. Here, we show that the surface of 122 can be neutralized by potassium deposition. In potassium-coated BaFe$_2$(As$_{0.7}$P$_{0.3}$)$_2$, the surface-induced spectral broadening is strongly suppressed, and hence the coherent spectra that reflect the intrinsic bulk electronic state recover.","authors_text":"Cong Cai, Lei Chen, Tingting Han, Yan Zhang, Yudi Wang, Zhengguo Wang, Ziming Xin","cross_cats":["cond-mat.str-el"],"headline":"","license":"http://arxiv.org/licenses/nonexclusive-distrib/1.0/","primary_cat":"cond-mat.supr-con","submitted_at":"2021-02-19T13:19:39Z","title":"Revealing the intrinsic superconducting gap anisotropy in surface-neutralized BaFe$_2$(As$_{0.7}$P$_{0.3}$)$_2$"},"references":{"count":0,"internal_anchors":0,"resolved_work":0,"sample":[],"snapshot_sha256":"258153158e38e3291e3d48162225fcdb2d5a3ed65a07baac614ab91432fd4f57"},"source":{"id":"2102.09919","kind":"arxiv","version":1},"verdict":{"created_at":null,"id":null,"model_set":{},"one_line_summary":"","pipeline_version":null,"pith_extraction_headline":"","strongest_claim":"","weakest_assumption":""}},"verdict_id":null}}],"author_attestations":[],"timestamp_anchors":[],"storage_attestations":[],"citation_signatures":[],"replication_records":[],"corrections":[],"mirror_hints":[],"record_created":{"event_id":"sha256:194f4fa2365abfdd5f633c346752bd81a3ead51b01767cc9aba459ad1c8ab303","target":"record","created_at":"2026-07-05T02:16:32Z","signer":{"key_id":"pith-v1-2026-05","public_key_fingerprint":"8d4b5ee74e4693bcd1df2446408b0d54","signer_id":"pith.science","signer_type":"pith_registry"},"payload":{"attestation_state":"computed","canonical_record":{"metadata":{"abstract_canon_sha256":"ae3ebf3f3984162496df24ba3281891c2db13fde83d3dcfa66eb8e8ca269b9c9","cross_cats_sorted":["cond-mat.str-el"],"license":"http://arxiv.org/licenses/nonexclusive-distrib/1.0/","primary_cat":"cond-mat.supr-con","submitted_at":"2021-02-19T13:19:39Z","title_canon_sha256":"12afe2d755dce7624fc7d002ea113a430462b0c58ed6f7b2ab57c3a826e011e2"},"schema_version":"1.0","source":{"id":"2102.09919","kind":"arxiv","version":1}},"canonical_sha256":"11becf248857264b766ae1d72accd9a55c37350ad84c92831911ef94ce57931d","receipt":{"algorithm":"ed25519","builder_version":"pith-number-builder-2026-05-17-v1","canonical_sha256":"11becf248857264b766ae1d72accd9a55c37350ad84c92831911ef94ce57931d","first_computed_at":"2026-07-05T02:16:32.234519Z","key_id":"pith-v1-2026-05","kind":"pith_receipt","last_reissued_at":"2026-07-05T02:16:32.234519Z","public_key_fingerprint":"8d4b5ee74e4693bcd1df2446408b0d54","receipt_version":"0.3","signature_b64":"jHo2nkzKPP1c12kx6ve8e/NC3ZBMmttpZuC71XWjB1iT4EFY0wXjsr6Bd0YwV8CHhmrqherNZeOu0tWSo7etBw==","signature_status":"signed_v1","signed_at":"2026-07-05T02:16:32.234917Z","signed_message":"canonical_sha256_bytes"},"source_id":"2102.09919","source_kind":"arxiv","source_version":1}}},"equivocations":[],"invalid_events":[],"applied_event_ids":["sha256:194f4fa2365abfdd5f633c346752bd81a3ead51b01767cc9aba459ad1c8ab303","sha256:8a03dfe5f40c229d09bd8aacd8f734c9eaf22f6889d9e39477194828d47829b1"],"state_sha256":"4435c8451d1f19479a8ea6a84544fd2f1b586207418d2cca21c8fd4d09f7ba72"}
