This is known as B-RNS-GSS formalism. The first step is to add BRST quartets to the RNS model and do a similarity transformation on the space of fields. We show that this step can be understood as a strictification procedure which lifts a strong homotopy action of the supersymmetry algebra to a quasiisomorphic strict action.
