We particularly consider the effects of the twist-3 transverse-momentum dependent distribution functions $f_L^\\perp$ and $h_L$ to the asymmetry. We calculate the asymmetric moment $A_{UL}^{\\sin\\phi_h}$ for $\\pi^+$, $\\pi^-$ and $\\pi^0$ produced off the proton target at HERMES and compare the results with the HERMES data.
