Chemical doping yielded a severe inhomogeneity in a statistical distribution of involved charged impurities. Two approaches are adopted to treat the inhomogeneity effects; Monte Carlo simulation technique for the \\textit{n}-doped films, and the fluctuation theory for the \\textit{p}-ZnO.
