As a consequence, we obtain the Schatten $2$-Lipschitz estimate $\\|f(U)-f(V)\\|_2\\leq \\|f\\|_{\\lip(\\cir)}\\|U-V\\|_2$ for all Lipschitz functions $f:\\cir\\to\\C$.
