In glasses of proven homogeneity, we find molar volumes to vary non-monotonically with composition, and the fragility index ${\\cal M}$ displays a broad global minimum in the $20\\%$ $<$ $x$ $<$ $30\\%$ range of $x$ wherein ${\\cal M}<$ 20.
