However, many cf-XAI methods neglect the feasibility of those changes. In this paper, we introduce a novel approach for presenting cf-XAI in natural language (Natural-XAI), giving careful consideration to actionable and comprehensible aspects while remaining cognizant of immutability and ethical concerns. We present three contributions to this endeavor. Firstly, through a user study, we identify two types of themes present in cf-XAI composed by humans: ","authors_text":"Anjana Wijekoon, David Corsar, Nirmalie Wiratunga, Pedram Salimi","cross_cats":[],"headline":"","license":"http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/","primary_cat":"cs.AI","submitted_at":"2023-10-03T12:48:57Z","title":"Towards Feasible Counterfactual Explanations: A Taxonomy Guided Template-based NLG Method"},"references":{"count":0,"internal_anchors":0,"resolved_work":0,"sample":[],"snapshot_sha256":"258153158e38e3291e3d48162225fcdb2d5a3ed65a07baac614ab91432fd4f57"},"source":{"id":"2310.02019","kind":"arxiv","version":1},"verdict":{"created_at":null,"id":null,"model_set":{},"one_line_summary":"","pipeline_version":null,"pith_extraction_headline":"","strongest_claim":"","weakest_assumption":""}},"verdict_id":null}}],"author_attestations":[],"timestamp_anchors":[],"storage_attestations":[],"citation_signatures":[],"replication_records":[],"corrections":[],"mirror_hints":[],"record_created":{"event_id":"sha256:86dd4eb8e309b36c1d1ba995c692b844ffc17a3a69abc2eccc5d6a0462d21c4d","target":"record","created_at":"2026-07-05T06:56:49Z","signer":{"key_id":"pith-v1-2026-05","public_key_fingerprint":"8d4b5ee74e4693bcd1df2446408b0d54","signer_id":"pith.science","signer_type":"pith_registry"},"payload":{"attestation_state":"computed","canonical_record":{"metadata":{"abstract_canon_sha256":"985046a3156c011da72af5495fedd538ba6a1ab67efa62f59d32af4492020aaf","cross_cats_sorted":[],"license":"http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/","primary_cat":"cs.AI","submitted_at":"2023-10-03T12:48:57Z","title_canon_sha256":"9788ca3e81ce1f9aff26d614001e04514af3718c17faff9deab7aa2ebdae4100"},"schema_version":"1.0","source":{"id":"2310.02019","kind":"arxiv","version":1}},"canonical_sha256":"223cc877e7c495050891eee09e56fc6e8a7355909ef082ac6f518b38ab904e08","receipt":{"algorithm":"ed25519","builder_version":"pith-number-builder-2026-05-17-v1","canonical_sha256":"223cc877e7c495050891eee09e56fc6e8a7355909ef082ac6f518b38ab904e08","first_computed_at":"2026-07-05T06:56:49.088386Z","key_id":"pith-v1-2026-05","kind":"pith_receipt","last_reissued_at":"2026-07-05T06:56:49.088386Z","public_key_fingerprint":"8d4b5ee74e4693bcd1df2446408b0d54","receipt_version":"0.3","signature_b64":"AELwmIE/2mQicYLbJeAW1WnRavZxq7kvQ1Pvl5L39wAzkvljyyDcdcG5Df45SKE/faqBzdp0h9pgk+Yc5Dg8CA==","signature_status":"signed_v1","signed_at":"2026-07-05T06:56:49.088813Z","signed_message":"canonical_sha256_bytes"},"source_id":"2310.02019","source_kind":"arxiv","source_version":1}}},"equivocations":[],"invalid_events":[],"applied_event_ids":["sha256:86dd4eb8e309b36c1d1ba995c692b844ffc17a3a69abc2eccc5d6a0462d21c4d","sha256:652d26f66a4b0a50022cfb061434bf740dab4d1f9b0bbe44ff35031682932c11"],"state_sha256":"a32b312fa1746a234117761f4438aacc84e2e504a3de2e37ff0616743b65882c"}
