The spectral weight of the magnetic excitations, $\\chi ''({\\bm Q}, \\omega)$ at ${\\bm Q} = {\\bm Q}_{\\rm M}$ (magnetic $\\Gamma$ points) is suppressed (enhanced) in the relatively low (high) $\\omega$ region.
