We prove an equivalence relating representations of a degenerate orthosymplectic supergroup with the category of twisted $Sp(2n,{\\mathbb C}[\\![t]\\!])$-equivariant $D$-modules on the so called mirabolic affine Grassmannian of $Sp(2n)$.
