The shape of the nucleus along the lowest energy curve as a function of the quadrupole moment $Q_{20}$ makes a sudden transition from the oblate spheroids (biconcave discs) to the toroidal shapes, in the region of large oblate quadrupole moments.","authors_text":"A.
