It is shown that $\\mathfrak{gl}_N$ XXZ-type spin chain on $M$ sites is isomorphic to a cluster integrable system with $N \\times M$ rectangular Newton polygon and $N \\times M$ fundamental domain of a 'fence net' bipartite graph.
