The associated gauge boson, $Z'$, couples directly to Standard Model fermions and can be produced in fixed-target experiments through electron-nucleus interactions. In this work, we present new constraints on the coupling constant $g_{B-L}$ obtained with the NA64 experiment using the full electron-beam dataset collected between 2016 and 2022, corresponding to $(9.4\\pm0.5)\\times10^{11}$ electrons on target.
