The $\\delta-$ meson is included into the Lagrangian for hypernuclei. The extra nucleon-meson coupling ($g_\\delta$) affects the every piece of physical observables, like binding energy, radii and single particle energy of hypernuclei. The lambda mean field potential is investigated which is consistent with other predictions.
