The correct generalization of the Weyl group here is the fundamental groupoid of a certain periodic locally finite hyperplane arrangement in $Pic(X)\\otimes {\\mathbb{C}}$. We identify the lattice part of this groupoid with the operators of quantum difference equation for $X$.
