As an example, we apply the PINN model to a single-orbital AIM (SAIM) for a noninteracting electron bath with a semicircular density of states. Trained across a wide range of onsite Coulomb interactions $U$ and hybridization strengths $V$, the PINN model demonstrates high accuracy in both $U$-$V$ and Matsubara-frequency spaces. Additionally, we investigate the effectiveness of physical constraints implemented in the PINN model.","authors_text":"Fumiya Kakizawa, Hiroshi Shinaoka, Satoshi Terasaki","cross_cats":[],"headline":"","license":"http://arxiv.org/licenses/nonexclusive-distrib/1.0/","primary_cat":"cond-mat.str-el","submitted_at":"2024-11-28T00:52:22Z","title":"Physics-informed neural network model for quantum impurity problems based on Lehmann representation"},"references":{"count":0,"internal_anchors":0,"resolved_work":0,"sample":[],"snapshot_sha256":"258153158e38e3291e3d48162225fcdb2d5a3ed65a07baac614ab91432fd4f57"},"source":{"id":"2411.18835","kind":"arxiv","version":1},"verdict":{"created_at":null,"id":null,"model_set":{},"one_line_summary":"","pipeline_version":null,"pith_extraction_headline":"","strongest_claim":"","weakest_assumption":""}},"verdict_id":null}}],"author_attestations":[],"timestamp_anchors":[],"storage_attestations":[],"citation_signatures":[],"replication_records":[],"corrections":[],"mirror_hints":[],"record_created":{"event_id":"sha256:4a57aa65004b4d0f73c5b2ad3b264a27c50156f1d9235c34062021430ca709d6","target":"record","created_at":"2026-07-05T09:41:52Z","signer":{"key_id":"pith-v1-2026-05","public_key_fingerprint":"8d4b5ee74e4693bcd1df2446408b0d54","signer_id":"pith.science","signer_type":"pith_registry"},"payload":{"attestation_state":"computed","canonical_record":{"metadata":{"abstract_canon_sha256":"816ee5c4474bc2f5654f25fe23498576a2b48bc30db057b10f538b0bf8eb6062","cross_cats_sorted":[],"license":"http://arxiv.org/licenses/nonexclusive-distrib/1.0/","primary_cat":"cond-mat.str-el","submitted_at":"2024-11-28T00:52:22Z","title_canon_sha256":"61300585b9e24b92a39ae15829c68c0c2e38292a31a2a8146907ff453194633f"},"schema_version":"1.0","source":{"id":"2411.18835","kind":"arxiv","version":1}},"canonical_sha256":"2bb65b59a3520aa55e9ace8b11cb638b7043400606f0fe72b54de336cf38b546","receipt":{"algorithm":"ed25519","builder_version":"pith-number-builder-2026-05-17-v1","canonical_sha256":"2bb65b59a3520aa55e9ace8b11cb638b7043400606f0fe72b54de336cf38b546","first_computed_at":"2026-07-05T09:41:52.159811Z","key_id":"pith-v1-2026-05","kind":"pith_receipt","last_reissued_at":"2026-07-05T09:41:52.159811Z","public_key_fingerprint":"8d4b5ee74e4693bcd1df2446408b0d54","receipt_version":"0.3","signature_b64":"qvVyDIgjcFGwwHYsjD69W+kaMRt41svLWgkFtBBVLdrDaEZ/fhVEuVcjDzpCmck+oqgDQ2GGLYuEEv6Nx46MBA==","signature_status":"signed_v1","signed_at":"2026-07-05T09:41:52.160258Z","signed_message":"canonical_sha256_bytes"},"source_id":"2411.18835","source_kind":"arxiv","source_version":1}}},"equivocations":[],"invalid_events":[],"applied_event_ids":["sha256:4a57aa65004b4d0f73c5b2ad3b264a27c50156f1d9235c34062021430ca709d6","sha256:a27cfc831b7c648c22f8691684aa469edca10c486aa56e132bfc47d7cb6b3135"],"state_sha256":"00fb5bd62f0f8ba3e7d806a3fe2de6b4d05d9df4dc017fa3ae71128cc98c2d63"}
