The high luminosity and redshift bins are dominated by typical quasars. The intermediate redshift (z = 0.7-1.5) and luminosity ranges (L(0.5-8.0keV) = 10^(42.5-43.5) erg/s) show a mix of different source types, with the absorbed objects in the majority. At the faint flux limit of the CDF-N, a substantial fraction of the sources are identified as star-forming galaxies.
