The calculated lattice parameters are in good agreement with the available experimental data. The second-order elastic constants and the other relevant quantities such as the Youngs modulus, shear modulus, Poissons ratio, compressibility, anisotropy factor, sound velocity, and Debye temperature have been calculated.
