A theoretical approach is presented in short. We include transverse momenta of photons when calculating fluxes of photons. Then we discuss our results for cross section (total and differential) for $W^+ W^-$ production. Results for different parametrizations of proton structure functions are used to calculate inelastic fluxes of photons. A discussion on rapidity gap survival probability due to remnant fragmentation is presented.
