In this study, we explore the rare decay process $B_s^0 \\rightarrow \\mu^+ \\mu^-$ in a flavor violating extension of the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM), namely the $\\mu$-from-$\\nu$ SSM ($\\mu\\nu$SSM).
