In this note, we show that the ratio $\\frac{\\sigma(B_c^+)}{\\sigma(\\bar b)}$ obtained by dividing the $\\sigma(B_c^+)$ by the leading order $\\sigma(\\bar b)$ is consistent with this derived CDF measurement.
