The subset $\\mathbf{FP}(d)$ of $\\mathbf{F}(d)$ consisting of foliations of $\\mathbf{F}(d)$ with a flat Legendre transform (dual web) is a Zariski closed subset of $\\mathbf{F}(d)$.
