This domain wall describes the holographic renormalization group flow from an ${\\rm Sp}(2)\\times {\\rm Sp}(1)$ symmetric UV fixed point to the ${\\rm SO}(8)$ symmetric IR fixed point. It breaks all supersymmetries which are (partially) restored at its endpoints.
